I like this program very to produce csv file in several formats. But since win 11 came out EPE does not reproduce the diacritics any more as far as I can understand it only keeps the HTLM e.g." ï¿½" instead of "É"

I've used Extra POI Editor for years to create GPX files for the GPS using Excel and Open Office created csv files. It's very simple to use once one becomes familiar with it.
